Vous discuterez de la m\u00e9thode d'anesth\u00e9sie exacte avec l'anesth\u00e9siste (m\u00e9decin anesth\u00e9siste) lors de votre admission ou de l'entretien pr\u00e9alable. Vous pouvez exprimer votre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l'une ou l'autre m\u00e9thode d'anesth\u00e9sie. Dans de rares cas, des raisons m\u00e9dicales plaident en faveur de l'une ou l'autre m\u00e9thode.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>D'un point de vue chirurgical, nous favorisons l'anesth\u00e9sie partielle.  <\/strong>Elle a l'avantage d'interrompre la perception de la douleur pendant l'op\u00e9ration. Ainsi, la douleur ne parvient pratiquement pas jusqu'\u00e0 votre cerveau, ce qui, selon des \u00e9tudes, est positif pour la perception de la douleur postop\u00e9ratoire. En outre, les muscles sont compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9tendus pendant l'op\u00e9ration. C'est important pour nos techniques peu invasives qui m\u00e9nagent les muscles, en particulier pour les proth\u00e8ses de hanche.
