Our particular strength lies in the field of knee joint replacement. With more than 350 implantations per year, we have many years of in-depth experience that offers our patients a high level of safety and quality. This high number of cases allows us to continuously refine our surgical techniques and always work according to the latest medical findings.

Since mid-2018, we have been the first center in Switzerland to use the MAKO procedure for both partial and total knee endoprostheses. This innovative, robot-assisted procedure enables particularly precise planning and execution of the operation. As a result, the patient’s individual anatomy can be optimally taken into account, which leads to an improved accuracy of fit of the prosthesis. The aim is to further increase patient safety, reduce stress on the surrounding tissue and minimize surgical complications as far as possible.
